get system and set system commands
This chapter describes commands that can be used to view and set system settings.

3.1 get system

Summary of get system commands:

3.1.1 get system

Function: Display the system information of the AP.
Command: get system

3.1.2 get system altversion

Function: Display the firmware version (Tips: the alter version of AP).
Command: get system altversion
Example:

3.1.3 get system apmode

Function: Display the AP mode (fit or fat).
Command: get system apmode
Example:

ARC2000MAP# get system apmode
fat

3.1.4 get system base-mac

Function: Display the base MAC address.
Command: get system base-mac
Example:

3.1.5 get system base-mac-status

Function: Display the base MAC address status (on/off).
Command: get system base-mac-status
Example:

Function: Display the country (Tips: country code information).
Command: get system country

Function: Display the country code is configurable indicator (on/off).

Function: Display the device Type Number.

Function: Country supports 40MHz bandwidth in 5 GHz band (Tips: 5G mode support 40MHz).

Function: Display the hardware model.

Function: Display the username used to access the Web User Interface (UI) and CLI.

Function: Display the current firmware version of AP.

3.2 set system

Summary of set system commands:

Command Description
apmode Set the apmode (fit/fat)
country Set the Country code
password Set the Password for access to Web UI and CLI
system-contact Set the System Contact
system-location Set the System Location
system-name Set the System Name
username Set the Username for access to Web UI and CLI

3.2.1 set system apmode

Function: Set the AP mode as ?fit? or ?fat?.
Command: set system apmode
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system apmode fat

3.2.2 set system country

Function: Set the country code. Valid length is two characters (i.e. ?US?).
Command: set system country
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system country US

3.2.3 set system password

Function: Set the password for access to the Web UI and CLI. The valid length is an alphanumeric string up to 8 characters.
Command: set system password
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system password 111

3.2.4 set system system-contact

Function: Set the system contact. The valid length is less than 256 characters.
Command: set system system-contact
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system system-contact 855.692.7211

3.2.5 set system system-location

Function: Set the system location. The valid length is less than 256 characters.
Command: set system system-location
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system system-location "Riverside, California"

3.2.6 set system system-name

Function: Set the system name. The valid length is less than 64 characters.
Command: set system system-name
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system system-name ATT

3.2.7 set system username

Function: Set the username. The valid length is at least one character.
Command: set system username
Example:

ARC2000MAP# set system username admin
